Don't be a silent bystander to the crumbling of the rule of law.

If you have never spoken out, now is the time to do so. Write letters to the editor, opinion articles, run for local office (or higher) - do something. Heed the words of Martin Luther King Jr., (ones never quoted by those who choose to pass draconian laws): "In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends."

Silence can no longer be an option among people who care about preserving our democratic institutions.
