LDAD has filed an 18-page ethics complaint with the Grievance Committee of the New York State Bar in Manhattan calling for an investigation of Rudolph W. Giuliani and requesting that his New York license be suspended pending completion of the Committee’s investigation.
As of February 3, 2021 over 7,600 lawyers — including 3,000+ attorneys — have joined as co-signers of the complaint.
Laurence Tribe of Harvard Law School and former U.S. Attorney General Stuart M. Gerson joined dozens of retired federal and state judges, two former Associate Deputy Attorneys General, seven past presidents of the American Bar Association, nearly 100 former federal prosecutors, and over 100 current and retired law professors from nearly every prominent law school in the country in signing the complaint.
