LDAD Submits a Supplemental Filing to its 2021 Ethics Complaint Against Rudolph Giuliani

Lawyers Defending American Democracy has submitted a Supplemental Filing to its 2021 ethics complaint against Rudolph Giuliani. The Filing is based on admissions made by Mr. Giuliani in a defamation law suit brought against him by election workers in Georgia. In a stipulation filed before the United States District Court, Mr. Giuliani admitted to making false statements against the Plaintiffs. LDAD’s Supplemental Filing points out the substantial evidentiary significance of these admissions to the ongoing New York disciplinary proceedings against Mr. Giuliani.
